Cluetrain
Added a link to my web case study on the left there.
This was originally posted on the Cluetrain discussion list in November 2000, I couldn't be bothered re-typing it here so off you go if you fancy some bedtime reading. I think it reasonably supports a proposition that was posited in The Cluetrain Manifesto, my personal experience dates to 1999 and it wasn't until I picked up on Cluetrain in 2000 that I made the join. Its about the power of the web enabled connected consumer.
This is old hat but we've got a lot of ground to catch up.
