ICQ is 5 years old

ICQ is 5 years old - well it was on the 17th November, so we're a couple of days late, who cares - 116 million users cant be wrong. In tribute and celebration I've added an ICQ online detector thing, probably only so that you can see my staggeringly low ICQ number which makes me user 2,566,378 out of 116,000,000.
